The machine is equipped with a rotary marker with solid ink and interchangeable characters (20 characters max height 5 mm), the system works with ink rollers for easy management and it is complete with a photoelectric cell to make the marking at the desired location. The marking may consist of digits or alphabetical characters of a height of 5 mm and shall be carried out on the welding line. Operation: The operator must compose the desired writing by inserting the brass characters into the type holder. He then has to mount the character holder on the machine and wait about ten minutes, so that the felt heats and the ink becomes more malleable. By acting on the potentiometer located on the panel, it is possible to adjust the delay between reading the photocell presence bag and rotation of the character holder. This determines the position of the print on the bag. If you want to make a quick change in the marking, it is advisable to buy two type holders in order to have the type holder with the second written ready for use, without having to wait for the cooling and composition times of the new batch / expiry.
