Machine suitable for closing bags in height, from 200 mm to 700 mm and max weight. 10 kg. The system with two pairs of heating elements and PTFE belts allows the closure of polyethylene bags, polypropylene, cellophane, coated paper, laminated aluminum, etc. This particular welding system is highly recommended in the presence of bags with a large thickness and bellow side. The temperature is controlled by two electronic temperature controllers and the advance speed is adjustable. The distance between the weld and the edge of the bag is 30 mm. The welding head and conveyor belt are independently adjustable in height thanks to the steering wheels. The machine is equipped with a rotary marker with solid ink and interchangeable characters (max. 20 characters with height 5 mm.), The system works with inked rollers for easy reading and comes with photoelectric cell to make the marking at the desired place.

Stainless steel construction, complete with conveyor belt adjustable in width and height for bags weighing up to 3 kg, range from 0 to 12 meters/minute with electronic speed control, weld pressure control, weld width 10 mm. The PTFE welding system allows the closure of polyethylene, polypropylene, cellophane, coated paper, laminated aluminium bags, etc. The distance between the weld and the edge of the bag is 10 mm. The machine is equipped with a rotary marker with solid ink and interchangeable characters (20 characters max height 5 mm), the system works with ink rollers for easy management and it is complete with a photoelectric cell to make the marking at the desired location. This model is built in the standard version, i.e. the product progress is made from right to left.
