Après le réglage du film au moyen de la table de travail et du support de rouleau, en fonction de la taille du produit, l’opérateur pousser le produit sous le film supérieur dans la station de scellage. La barre de soudure descend manuellement la soudure, le produit est déplacé manuellement hors de la zone de soudure permettant le emballage.
Le scellant est adapté pour emballer manuellement les marchandises les plus diverses, simples ou multiples, en utilisant traditionnelle films centraux soudables à chaud.
- Barre d’étanchéité avec commande manuelle.
- Plan d’étanchéité réglable manuellement en hauteur.
- Régulateur d’étanchéité par impulsion, étanchéité de la lame sur la barre d’étanchéité inférieure ou supérieure.
- Film approprié: PVC, polypropylène et polyéthylène.
- Rendement moyen: 200/400 pack / heure (indication indicative de pureté selon le type et la dimension de produit, conséquence de l’emballage et type de film utilisé).

The welding bar manually lowers the welding, the product is moved manually out of the welding area allowing the packaging. The sealant is suitable for manually packing the most diverse goods, simple or multiple, using traditional central hot-weldable films. Main characteristics Seal bar with manual control. Manually height adjustable sealing plan. Pulse sealing regulator, blade sealing on the lower or upper seal bar. Fit film: PVC, polypropylene and polyethylene. Average yield: 200/400 pack / hour (indicative indication of purity according to type and size of product, consequence of packaging and type of film used). Option Magnet to stop welding bar during sealing operation
