Spécifications & Caractéristiques
- Le fonctionnement de cette machine est effectué en poussant le produit sur la table d’entrée, sur la barre de scellage à l’intérieur du film sur station de chargement réglable.
- L’étanchéité est actionnée pneumatiquement par des boutons-poussoirs.
- Charger sur le tunnel
- Le convoyeur est atteint par l’emballage suivant, installation de stations de déroulement de film « manchon » fermeture de emballage.
- La construction simple de ce modèle permet d’emballer des paquets ayant différentes formes et tailles, dans relation avec les caractéristiques de production et la taille du film utilisé.
- Barre d’étanchéité revêtue de téflon à contrôle électronique
- Thermorégulateur électronic de tunnel contrôlé le recyclage de l’air
- Maille enduite de zinc de convoyeur de tunnel, vitesse 3 mt / min
- Chambre rétractable en tôle d’acier, étudiée pour un dégagement thermique positif des bougies de chauffage (incorporé dans le tube et muni d’ailes) et pour une recyclation de flux d’air élevé, pour minimiser perte de chaleur.

- Film utilisé: Film plat de polyéthylène. Production moyenne: 120/450 pac / hour (indication indicative de pureté comme dépend du type et de la dimension du produit, de la conséquence de l’emballage et du type de film utilisé).
- Unité de pressage pour stabiliser les marchandises.
- Changeur de fréquence (inverseur) pour régler la vitesse du convoyeur à tunnel.
- Ventilateur de refroidissement du produit.
- Boutons poussoirs synchronisés.
- Station de déroulement de film entraînée par le moteur inférieur.

- Transporteur de tunnel prolongé sur la sortie de 800 millimètres pour stabiliser le film après rétrécissement.

The model has two rollers (top and bottom) that facilitate the "handle" closure of the pack. Official Distribution Certificate Operation The operation of this machine is carried out by pushing the product on the input table, on the seal bar inside the film on adjustable loading station. Leakage is pneumatically actuated by push buttons. Load on tunnel The conveyor is reached by the following packaging, installation of "sleeve" film unfolding stations packing closure. The simple construction of this model allows to package packages of different shapes and sizes, in relation to the production characteristics and the size of the film used.
